Dear MikkiMoves Community,
As we come out of fire season here in Northern California, and into our holiday season, I am compelled to write a note of gratitude. I am grateful to our first responders, and to our community for staying somewhat sane while we had extensive power outages and firestorms. Sonoma county was able to quickly evacuate 180,000 people! No lives lost!
My gratitude is deep for our team of agents and staff at MikkiMoves, and to our clients that have allowed us to help through one of the biggest processes of one’s life, real estate space. I reflect back on my 19 years in Real Estate, and 7plus years with MikkiMoves, and I am in utter awe of how much heart and soul is present. Being passionate about seeing people improve their lives, whether through helping others, or changing space, my
heart is fulfilled and I am so full of gratitude toward everyone of you! It takes all of us to create this beautiful place, and whether you have done business with us 19 years ago, recently, or not yet, we love the opportunity to help.
Our Giving on the Move program has allowed us to be able to give back, together, to our community! This year alone we are on target to give about $10,000 again to Non Profits of our clients’ choice! I love that we get to give back together! Over the short life of MikkiMoves, we have given over $50,000 to non-profit organizations in our community. We are committed and proud of this program and look forward to growing it exponentially! Where would you like your directed donation to go?
And as most of you know, I love to learn and grow! I love to read, so if you have a favorite book, please share! My favorite author at this time is Dr. Joe Dispenza, who teaches that gratitude actually is a key element to being healthy. He teaches that to live in the present allows opportunity to come, rather than living in our past present reality, and thereby creating a new future that is different and better than our yesterday.
Soon is our annual Gingerbread House Party!!! My favorite event of the year, that supports the Fortuna HS Culinary Club, held at HCOE, and Santa Rosa’s teen Club CHOPs, held at Chops in Santa Rosa. It sells out quickly, so be sure and register early when we open registration! I think we will be creating over 300 houses this year! Thanks to the HS kids at Fortuna HS and to Stacy Chatfield, for consistently helping this happen year after year.
And Sonoma County, check out our monthly meetups! 2nd Tuesday each month for Money Mindset Meetup and Property Investors Group Meetup…two great ways to talk about investing and network with like minded people! Thanks to Brandon Trammell, Clint St Martin, and our MikkiMoves Realtor Erika Frey for their efforts to really make this happen!
Thank you #teamMikkiMoves, our clients, and our community. May you focus on the good stuff each day, and be full of gratitude, as it just plain feels good. Love to all during this 2019 Holiday Season… And clearly, next year will be amazing!
