In order to increase the pool of qualified agents, MikkiMoves established an agent training program.
What’s really remarkable about this program is the fact that its students have so far experienced a 100% success rate in passing their real estate state exams.
Agents can launch their real estate career with customized curriculum that includes all the study materials, one-on-one guidance, and real-life mentoring.
Mikki Cardoza founded MikkiMoves Real Estate after realizing that she had grown too busy to meet her client’s needs by herself. Wanting to keep her business thriving and leverage her influence, Cardoza launched MikkiMoves Real Estate on March 15th, 2012.
Cardoza established her Eureka-based firm with two employees and two sales agents. Since then, the firm has enjoyed steady growth, allowing her to add multiple employees and agents.
In October, 2015, MikkiMoves expanded by opening a new office in Santa Rosa, CA. Real estate services are now offered to home buyers and sellers throughout Sonoma County, California.
Over the course of her years in operation, Mikki has also created strategic partnerships with local companies to provide value-added services to her clients.
